about

BELGA

The Belga story begins on New Year's Eve 2016, when two friends who had recently arrived in Switzerland and were somewhat tipsy from the evening suddenly had a craving for fries. Longing for the typical Belgian chip shops, they imagined opening one to make up for the shortage in the region. The next day, they tell themselves that it was not such a bad idea after all...

Fresh AND lOCal

We try to consume as fresh and local as possible. Thus, although the know-how is Belgian, the potatoes are local and are delivered to us raw. We peel them, wash them, cut them and cook them on site for the greatest pleasure of your taste buds. The meat for our skewers and meatballs is supplied to us by our local butcher partners. The products imported directly from Belgium are the typical snacks, croquettes and sauces which do not exist here as well as the cooking fat.
